Let’s talk soap!

Soap is such a general term used for a variety of products, but very few are actually soap. Most are detergents filled with all sorts of chemicals and cleansers.

I make soap. I use lye and oils that combine together and turn into soap. The benefits are knowing what I am using, customizing for skin sensitivity, and learning about what different products do. The process can be both creative and frustrating at the same time.

Soap has a shelf life. It is supposed to be used and enjoyed.
