Rinse out method: Wet hair, place a few drops on your hand, and rub together. Gently massage the oil start at the ends of your hair to the scalp. Very little product should be applied at the scalp or on the hair near the scalp. Add oil to hands as needed. Let set 15-20 minutes and rinse out with warm water. I would only do this about 1 a week or so.

Leave-in method: Apply a few drops to your hands and rub them together. Massage only on hair ends while hair is wet, I would avoid applying to roots and scalp.

Do not get the product in the eyes. If that occurs rinse eyes with cool water.
